Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within a 48 if you scheduled appointment will result in a 25% cancellation fee, 50% within 24 hours, and 50% same-day cancellations with notification. Please message or cancel you appointment as soon as you can. No shows without notice are subject to 100% of the service cost or may require prepayment for future bookings. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to cancellation or may require rescheduling and/or a modification to your scheduled service. please notify me if you are running late.
